Job summary

Long Ridge Partners, a leading global investment firm with a real estate focus, seeks an associate to join its investor relations team in New York.

You will prepare presentations for investor meetings, synthesize portfolio data and macro trends with portfolio managers, and support responses to inquiries while maintaining market context and developing new marketing content.

This role requires strong communication, quantitative skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate investment banking or investor relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings.
• Synthesize portfolio data and macro trends to develop portfolio and macro viewpoints with PMs and BD teams, and translate viewpoints into marketing content and updates (long-form pieces, white papers, commentary, presentations, webinars, talking points).
• Complete investor documentation and respond to inquiries related to product offerings.
• Gather and maintain information on market dynamics including competitor information.

Our client is a leading global investment firm with a real estate business with over $15B of AUM. They seek to hire an associate to join their investor relations team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings
• Synthesize portfolio data and key real estate and macroeconomic trends to develop portfolio and macro viewpoints in close coordination with portfolio managers and business development teams to translate viewpoints and create new marketing content and update existing content, including long-form thought pieces, white papers, commentary, presentation materials, webinars and talking points
• Complete investor documentation and understanding products to facilitate responses to inquiries related to product offerings
• Gather and maintain information of market dynamics including information on competitors

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of total work experience within real estate investment banking or real estate investor relations
• Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
