Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University in Portland seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Dotter Department of Interventional Radiology. The RN provides direct and indirect patient care, triage, education and care coordination within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.

You will work with an Oregon RN license and 3–5 years of inpatient or ambulatory nursing experience, ensuring safety, effective communication, and comprehensive documentation in EPIC throughout patient care.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years nursing experience in inpatient, ambulatory clinic, or equivalent setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care within the Interventional Radiology clinic and procedural lab
• Perform case management, triage (including telephone triage) and patient education
• Coordinate care with medical assistants and other staff; review patient charts and prep labs/tests
• Assist with prior authorizations and documentation per EPIC workflows
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies
