Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience in the last 7 years.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse License.
• BLS from AHA required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-acute and discharge needs.
• Engage in multidisciplinary rounds to develop patient discharge plans.
