Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks an Interventional Radiology RN for a travel assignment in Hermiston, Oregon. This role focuses on nursing care for patients undergoing invasive procedures such as angiography, embolization, and cardiac catheterization, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

The candidate will provide high-quality patient care, adhere to care standards, and may be on call for the Interventional Unit, with a 40-hour work week and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in the State of Oregon.
• BLS and ACLS certification current.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, emergency, cath lab, or IR.
• Ability to work days shift for 8 hours, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing invasive interventional procedures.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain sterile technique.
• Coordinate with physicians and team to manage contrast allergies.
• Assist with room turnover, supplies, and equipment readiness.
