Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable. Bachelor's degree preferred. Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs patient assessments to include collection of data regarding the patient's physical, psychosocial and health history.
• Organizes patient data into a plan of care and identifies additional information needed.
• Carries out plan of care to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Provides patient care that is specific to the setting, identified needs and plan; ensures care is appropriate to condition severity.
• Oversees activities of ancillary and support team members.
• Identifies teaching opportunities and provides resources for patient education.
• Documents patient care and concerns in the patient record.
