Oscar is hiring a Manager, Investor Relations to join our Investor Relations team. The Manager supports engagement with the investment community, prepares materials, and translates complex financial information into clear messaging.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a pathway to influence investor communications. You will report to the Associate Director, Investor Relations, and work from our New York office on a hybrid schedule with 3 in‑office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years in investor relations or sell-side equity research.
• Ability to translate financial and business information into clear messaging.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly earnings processes and prepare earnings materials.
• Monitor sell-side coverage and investor sentiment; provide concise insights.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Identify and target investors using data analytics to strengthen shareholder base.
• Track ownership and trading activity; report trends to leadership.
