Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to support the Company’s engagement with the investment community and core IR processes. You will prepare investor materials, track sell-side activity, and translate complex financial information into clear messaging.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Investor Relations, with exposure to executive management and deep health insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in investor relations or sell-side equity research.
• Ability to translate complex financial and business information into clear, concise messages.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly earnings process and prepare earnings materials, remarks, Q&A, and cross-functional input.
• Monitor sell-side coverage, consensus estimates, and industry developments; synthesize insights for stakeholders.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows; support relationships with analysts and institutional investors.
• Identify and target investors using data analytics; support outreach and engagement strategies.
• Track ownership and trading activity; report trends to stakeholders.
