Abbott Laboratories in Casa Grande, AZ, seeks an Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) Supervisor to lead the department ensuring incoming raw materials, components, and packaging meet quality standards before entering production.

This hands-on leader will develop the team, enforce FDA-regulated processes, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to sustain regulatory compliance and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for incoming material inspections and quality verification.
• Manage daily department operations including staffing, scheduling, training, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, quality systems, and company standards.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to support objectives and maintain product quality.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and department goals.
• Monitor department performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
