Job summary

HSBMA LLC seeks a Quality Supervisor to directly supervise IQC operators in Incoming Quality Control. You will ensure raw materials meet standards before entering production and collaborate with quality engineers, production, and suppliers.

This role may mentor operators and provide on-demand coaching as needed. Responsibilities include supervising, scheduling, training, evaluating performance, handling conflicts, and overseeing seven laboratories across three buildings to ensure quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma with supervisory experience preferred; associate/bachelor's supported.
• Experience supervising IQC or lab personnel highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of inspection systems, tools, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IQC operators and coordinate activities in Incoming Quality Control.
• Review inspection schedules and allocate resources to meet requirements.
• Manage attendance and shift planning using the attendance system.
• Train operators in inspection skills and measurement systems.
• Evaluate employee performance and implement improvement plans.
• Address employee complaints and maintain team morale.
• Oversee multiple laboratories under a three-building footprint.
