Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for incoming material inspections and quality verification.
• Manage daily department operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, quality systems, and company standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to support business goals.
• Coach and develop team members to meet individual and department goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality investigations, CAPA processes, and audit activities.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
• Serve as liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive improvements.
