Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in Domestic Violence/IPV.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Strong communication and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community resources for outreach and engagement.
• Design curriculum related to intimate partner violence and education.
• Educate the community using the violence prevention curriculum.
• Represent NH on community committees for outreach and resource sharing.
• Develop training materials to support onboarding for NH team.
• Seek collaborators for education events with other programs.
• Grant writing for education initiatives with NH team and CKP.
• Train and oversee NH volunteers/interns on IPV prevention learning services.
• Respond to IPV disclosures with advocacy referrals (court, housing, child advocacy).
• Assist communications team with awareness efforts at community events.
• Administrative: manage informational materials and event data.
