Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Sr. Director of Product Management to lead the IPU and Ethernet portfolio, guiding vision, strategy, and lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.

You will own the product definition, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy, partnering with architecture, engineering, design, and sales to deliver differentiated networking solutions for data center, enterprise, edge, and embedded markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 12+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, engineering, architecture, technical marketing, or related role.
• 5+ years of experience leading product strategy, product definition, or lifecycle management for complex hardware or hardware/software products.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of Ethernet and networking technologies, including NICs, Ethernet controllers/adapters, IPUs/DPUs/SmartNICs, or related data center networking technologies.
• Demonstrated experience translating customer, market, and competitive requirements into product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience managing products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, architecture, operations, sales, marketing.
• Experience engaging directly with strategic customers and ecosystem partners.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across technical, business, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own IPU and Ethernet portfolio product vision and lifecycle.
• Translate customer needs into multi-year roadmaps and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Coach and develop a high-performing product management team.
• Interface with strategic customers and ecosystem partners.
• Communicate strategy and ROI to executive leadership.
