Job summary

IDR is seeking an IPTV Design Engineer to join a top client in New York City. The role focuses on design and engineering of IPTV solutions for complex AV and event environments, emphasizing scalable, supportable digital networks for high-profile spaces.

You will work with the corporate IPTV engineer, participate in design reviews, testing, and planning, and coordinate with AV, network, security, and deployment teams to ensure a reliable deployment.

Qualifications

• Deep IPTV engineering and design experience.
• Experience designing IPTV solutions for enterprise, broadcast, or event environments.
• Knowledge of IPTV architecture, distribution, endpoints, content delivery, monitoring, and operations.
• Experience coordinating IPTV requirements with AV-over-IP networks and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews, technology evaluations, testing, documentation, and planning.
• Coordinate dependencies with AV, network, security, and deployment teams.
• Ensure IPTV design aligns with the broader IPTV architecture.
• Provide IPTV expertise for the project location.
