Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in program or project management.
• 3+ years maintaining integrated resource-loaded schedules with tools mentioned.
• Experience in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes integrated cost, schedule, technical, and risk plans.
• Maintain budgets, estimates at completion, and variances.
• Primary contact to identify schedules and updates.
• Lead planning efforts for product development, production rates, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with programs to optimize affordability and participate in weekly reviews.
• Define resources from engineering, operations, and supplier management.
• Drive weekly meetings to review tasks and status reporting.
• Prepare performance charts and post-project lessons learned.
• Provide performance assessments to management.
