The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s in Engineering and extensive experience, including an active SECRET clearance. A hybrid work model is available (80% on-site, 20% remote), making it essential to reside in the local area.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in engineering or related field, or 10 years with a Master's Degree.
• U.S. citizenship and active SECRET clearance are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
