Job summary

Prattwhitney is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Stinger Blk I program in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role requires a skilled leader to manage a multi-disciplined team, ensuring cost goals and technical rigor in product development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, a degree in STEM, and an active U.S. security clearance. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering support, driving execution of work scope, and collaborating across teams to align on objectives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplined Hardware Engineering team.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of work scope as defined in the program schedule.
• Manage team budget and schedule to meet cost goals and milestones.
• Oversee engineering support for development of Stinger Blk I products.
