Job summary

Boston University’s iPSC Core at the Center for Regenerative Medicine seeks a full-time Research Technician to advance iPSC line generation and maintenance. You will perform quality checks, nucleic acid work, PCR-based assays, and immunostaining to support disease modeling studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field required.
• At least one year of cell culture experience with sterile technique.
• Background in molecular biology and routine lab tasks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate iPSC lines and maintain cell repository.
• Quality assurance and characterization of iPSCs.
• Support creation of genetically modified iPSCs using CRISPR/Cas9.
