Job summary

The Well is seeking an ACT Vocational Specialist to help participants pursue employment and education goals through IPS Supported Employment and Education. You will work with the ACT team to translate strengths and preferences into practical steps, engage employers and training programs, and coordinate benefits planning within a recovery-focused framework.

Responsibilities include providing ongoing support after placement, collaborating across disciplines, and documenting outcomes to meet grant

Qualifications

• Education/experience in vocational rehabilitation or related field preferred.
• Experience in supported employment, vocational services, or behavioral health preferred.
• Complete IPS and ACT training after hire and maintain required training.
• Strong communication, boundaries, and confidentiality in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Provide IPS Supported Employment and Education services aligned with participant goals.
• Learn preferences and translate into practical next steps for work or education.
• Support rapid, participant-driven searches and job development activities.
• Coordinate with employers, education partners, and community resources.
• Document services, track progress, and ensure privacy and compliance.
• Participate in ACT team meetings and integrate services with recovery plans.
