Shaw Trust seeks an IPS Supply Chain Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the delivery partner network. You will ensure IPS services meet quality standards across the contract area, driving outcomes for participants and embedding IPS principles.
Working with senior leaders, you will steer performance, governance and continuous improvement, building strong partnerships with community organisations and providers to deliver high-quality employment support.
As an IPS Supply Chain Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of Shaw Trust's delivery partner network, ensuring high-quality Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services are delivered consistently across the contract area and achieve excellent employment outcomes for participants.
Working alongside the Regional Operations Manager, Service Manager and wider leadership team, you will lead supply chain performance, quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement activities across the contract. You will support delivery partners to embed IPS principles, the six phases of IPS support, prepare for internal and external Fidelity Reviews and continuously improve service quality and participant outcomes.
You will play a key role in developing strong relationships with delivery partners, community organisations, specialist providers and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative one-service approach that supports service excellence and innovation.

This is primarily a home-based role with regular travel across the contract area. Applicants should be able to travel independently and efficiently as required to meet the needs of the role. You will be expected to spend a significant proportion of your working week meeting delivery partners, commissioners, stakeholders and community organisations across all areas of delivery to support effective partnership management, quality assurance and contract performance.
