Job summary

Shaw Trust seeks an IPS Service Manager to oversee daily delivery and performance of the IPS program. You will supervise Team Leaders and manage complex staffing and caseload issues while maintaining strong relationships with NHS Trusts and referral sources.

The role is home-based with regular face-to-face meetings in the local delivery area for at least half the week, and will involve collaboration with local mental health teams and external partners such as NHS England and IPS Grow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IPS/ILP services or similar case management programs.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills for multi-team delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with NHS trusts, commissioners and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery and overall performance of the IPS service.
• Supervise Team Leaders with regular supervision on IPS and Fidelity.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with NHS Trusts, employers, and referral sources.
• Represent the service with NHS England and IPS Grow and ensure integration within local mental health teams.
