Job summary

Social Finance is recruiting a Workforce Lead to support the expansion of IPS workforce across the North of England. The role involves practical recruitment, workforce planning and stakeholder engagement to attract Employment Specialists and Team Leaders.

You will work with IPS Grow regional teams to coordinate assessment activities, training needs and overcoming barriers to expansion. The role emphasizes collaboration with regional teams, NHS colleagues and providers, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Recruitment expertise in health, employment support or related setting.
• Good understanding of IPS and its workforce needs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to work with providers, NHS colleagues and regional teams.
• Ability to organise priorities, work independently and deliver results in a dispersed team.
• Practical, solution-focused approach to workforce challenges; ability to signpost solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and workforce planning to support IPS Employment Specialists and Team Leaders.
• Engage with IPS services, ICB and NHSE Regional Leads to coordinate support.
• Monitor recruitment activity, onboarding and training to align with quality standards.
• Share learning and updates across regions and contribute to communications and tools.
