Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Employment Specialists to deliver the Individual Placement Support (IPS) model across Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Warrington. You will work with mental health service users to identify goals, build employer relationships and provide ongoing support to secure and sustain paid employment.

The role requires travel for meetings with colleagues, service users and local employers and offers flexible working arrangements.

• Champion the IPS model and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Develop tailored support to help service users gain and retain employment.
