CN Guidance & Counseling Services is seeking a professional to help clients obtain competitive employment aligned with vocational goals. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, develop Individualized Work Plans, and provide job search coaching, resume and interview support, and field-based placement activities.

Position requires an Associates degree, a valid NY driver's license, and the ability to pass SSA clearance for government-site access; 50% field time and

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Valid NY driver's license with safe driving record required.
• Must be able to pass Social Security Administration clearance for access to government sites.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients and builds trusting relationships toward achieving competitive employment.
• Assists in completing employment assessments and Individualized Work Plans.
• Supports clients with resume writing, applications, interview skills, and placement processes.
• Conducts job development and employer outreach aligned with IPS model.
• Maintains NYESS and TTW enrollments and related trainings.
• Provides field-based services and group facilitation as needed.
• Ensures safety and follows documentation and billing guidelines.
