The role requires contacting employers in our service area to find suitable job matches and coordinating with families, mental health teams, and vocational counselors.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to lift 40 lbs are required. Starting wage depends on education and experience.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree preferred in mental health, social services, or business or equivalent experience.
• Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to obtain and maintain employment with vocational goals.
• Contact area employers to identify job matches.
• Meet with family, mental health treatment teams, and vocational counselors.
• Complete daily logs and maintain a flexible schedule.
