Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF NORTHEAST IOWA, INC. is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist in Waterloo, Iowa. In this role, you'll develop individualized employment plans and connect with employers to support participants in obtaining and maintaining employment. You will work closely with individuals with disabilities, empowering them towards independence and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or 2 years of similar experience may be substituted for each year of education).
• At least 2 years of related experience in providing employment services.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual specialized employment plans for participants.
• Connect with employers to learn about business needs.
• Coach and encourage individuals to grow and succeed.
• Oversee programs that help people find and maintain employment.

Education
