Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or 2 years of similar experience may be substituted for each year of education).
At least 2 years of related experience in providing employment services.

Your Role in Our Mission
As an Individual Employment Service Specialist, you will help people build skills for work and everyday life. You’ll assist individuals obtain and maintain employment—including people with disabilities—and help them move toward independence and success.

What You’ll Do

Develop individual specialized employment plans for participants
Connect with employers to learn about business needs
Work on a team with mental health and substance abuse providers to help individuals grow
Coach and encourage individuals so they can grow and succeed
Oversee programs that help people find and maintain employment
Review program progress and find better ways to serve people
Work with employers to create more opportunities for participants

What You Need
