SEL Mind is seeking two IPS Employment Specialists in Greenwich to support individuals with mental health needs in finding employment. The role involves building relationships with employers, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a belief in the potential of individuals with health conditions to work.
Salary: £33,600 per year - permanent contract
Work Pattern: Hybrid (4 Office Days)

South East London Mind’s Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service helps people with mental health needs back into work. We aim to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from Community Mental Health Teams.
We are currently seeking two permanent IPS Employment Specialists to join our team in Greenwich. You will deliver the IPS approach (training will be provided).
We welcome applications from all experience levels and backgrounds. Essential qualities include the ability to motivate and build relationships with participants, strong organisational skills, confidence in engaging with a range of employers, and a fundamental belief that anyone with a health condition can work.
The successful candidates will work in line with the 25-point fidelity scale.
