Position Summary
Under the direction of the Deputy of the Office of Research and Child Well-Being and the supervision of the Continuous Quality Improvement ( CQI ) Coordinator, the Data and Evaluation Specialist supports the Intensive Placement Stabilization ( IPS ) program by ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role strengthens IPS’s capacity to monitor fidelity, assess outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. The Data and Evaluation Specialist ensures that data-driven decision-making is embedded into IPS program operations, aligning with DCFS and the office of Research and Child Well-Being’s vision, well-being goals, values and theory of change.
