Job summary

JCCGCI's Internship Placement Services (IPS) Program seeks a Case Manager for our Brooklyn and Manhattan locations. The role supports NYC CA recipients in educational programs, coordinating internship placements with NYC nonprofits.

Responsibilities include placing participants, monitoring activities, recording attendance, resolving conflicts, and producing evaluation records. This full-time, in-person position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to travel within NYC up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in social services, case management, career services or related field preferred.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Reasoning ability; solution oriented.
• Excellent English; bilingual a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and data entry; basic knowledge of computer networking processes.
• Availability to travel within New York City 25% of the time.

JCCGCI's Internship Placement Services (IPS) Program is seeking a Case Manager for our Brooklyn, and Manhattan locations. The IPS Program helps create subsidized, unpaid and paid internship experiences for NYC Cash Assistance (CA) recipients enrolled in HRA-approved educational programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing internship placements with NYC's nonprofit organizations.
• Placing participants in mandated internships in accordance with HRA and JCCGCI procedures.
• Providing guidance and monitoring participants' activities including:
• Recording daily attendance
