Jobot is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to lead external reporting and compliance processes in preparation for an IPO. Located in Irving, Texas, this role requires 7+ years of experience in SEC reporting, particularly within Property & Casualty insurance, and experience with Workiva implementation. This position offers the opportunity to influence systems and processes in a high-growth environment. Salary is $150,000 - $175,000 per year, reflecting the strategic importance of this role.
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in SEC reporting, ideally in public accounting.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing Workiva for SEC filings.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX-related controls.
Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and filing of all SEC reports like Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
Play a key role in IPO readiness and partner with leadership on public company processes.
Lead the implementation and administration of Workiva for SEC reporting.
