Job summary

Kikoff is building toward becoming a public company, and the accounting foundation for that is being built. You’ll own everything outside of revenue, from vendor invoices to the cap table, leading a growing team and ensuring a fast, audit-ready close.

You’ll work closely with the US Controller and our Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting on share-based compensation, EPS, and segment reporting for the first SEC filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience in multi-entity environments.
• Ability to own the close and GL comprehensively.
• Experience with audits and external reporting.
• CPA or public accounting background is a bonus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day close, multi-entity consolidation, and financial statements.
• Lead external audit for non-revenue areas.
• Develop SEC reporting processes and disclosures.
• Manage equity accounting, EPS, and ASC 718/260.
• Partner with US Controller on technical accounting questions.
• Build scalable processes and controls to speed the close.
• Lead a small team including Senior Accountant and AP/AR Specialist.
