Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an IPM Technician I to perform IPM scouting and product applications in the Cultivation department, with potential flex to support other areas as needed. The role emphasizes adherence to laws, policies, and guidelines while enabling growth across flower, veg, mom, propagation, harvest, and post-harvest sectors.

The position reports to the Cultivation Site Manager and requires high attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass respirator fit testing.

• Cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting all plants and rooms across assigned facility
• Completing spray assignments as assigned by management
• Assessing and documenting plant health, pest issues, and cleanliness of grow rooms for daily reports to distribute by email and Trulieve SharePoint
• Taking plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues
• Partner with staff and management to identify problems across the grow and collaborate on developing and implementing solutions
• Researching pests and plant health issues and how to better deal with them in a compliant manner
• Working independently in a timely and efficient manner to inspect all rooms in facilities before light cycle switches off
• Preparing and delivering verbal presentations for weekly management meetings
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment necessary for the completion of all tasks
• All other duties as assigned
