Job summary

Trulieve in Phoenix, AZ seeks an IPM Technician III to support Cultivation with IPM scouting and product application, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies. You will inspect rooms, apply pesticides as directed, collect plant samples, and collaborate with staff to address pest and health issues while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass respirator fit testing.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Punctuality is required.
• Cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting all plants and rooms across assigned facility.
• Completing spray assignments as assigned by management.
• Taking notes on plant health, pest issues, and cleanliness for daily reports.
• Taking plant samples for inspection to identify pests or health issues.
• Partner with staff to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Researching pests and plant health issues and compliant handling.
• Work independently with good time management to inspect rooms before light cycle switches off.
• Verbal presentations for weekly management meetings.
• Maintain and clean equipment used for tasks.
• Conduct tasks in mother/clone areas to increase cultivation skills as IPM Technician III.
• Cutting, sticking, tagging clones; proper clone care and irrigation; dome management.
• Irrigating plants using various methods; dispose of green waste.
• Document testing results and input data into company database.
• Pruning and defoliating; culling plants.
• Take part in educational activities to prepare for pesticide licensing.
• All other duties as assigned.
