Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an IPM Technician III to perform IPM scouting and product applications in our Cultivation department, with potential flex to other grow areas as needed. You will follow laws, policies and guidelines while supporting plant health and pest management.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, taking health-related notes, sample collection, and collaborating on solutions. The role requires strong time management and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass respirator fit testing.

• Cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting all plants and rooms across assigned facility.
• Completing spray assignments as assigned by management.
• Taking notes on plant health, pest issues, and cleanliness for daily reports.
• Taking plant samples for inspection to identify pests or health issues.
• Partner with staff to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Researching pests and plant health issues and how to manage them compliantly.
• Work independently with strong time management to inspect rooms before light cycles.
• Deliver verbal presentations for weekly management meetings.
• Maintain and clean equipment used for tasks.
• Assist in mother and clone production areas to enhance IPM skills.
• Cutting, sticking, and tagging clones.
• Proper clone care, irrigation, and dome management.
• Irrigating plants using various methods.
• Identify and dispose of Green Waste.
• Document testing results and input data into the company database.
• Pruning and defoliating; culling plants.
• Participate in educational activities to prepare for pesticide licensing.
