Job summary

Trulieve in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IPM Technician III to perform IPM scouting and product application within the Cultivation department. The role supports operations across grow rooms, mother and clone productions, and harvest functions as needed, with emphasis on compliance and plant health.

You will inspect plants, apply treatments, document findings, and collaborate with staff to develop solutions. A high school diploma and willingness to obtain pesticide licensing are required;

• Must pass respirator fit testing.

• Cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plants and rooms across the facility.
• Perform spray assignments and document health and pest observations.
• Record daily notes and input data into the company SharePoint/database.
• Support in mother/clone production areas to build IPM skills.
• Develop and implement compliant solutions with staff.
• Prepare for pesticide licensing through allocated education opportunities.
