Job summary

Environmental Enhancements seeks an IPM technician to maintain top-quality outdoor spaces, including trees, shrubs, turf and disease management.

You’ll start early and work outdoors year-round, with responsibilities ranging from lawn care to equipment upkeep. The role involves independent work with your own truck and trailer and a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Desire to create beauty in an outdoor environment.
• Experience with fertilizers and weed control.
• Knowledge of plants and turf.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to manage your own truck and trailer.
• Enjoy walking outdoors and performing IPM duties.
• Ability to stand and work on feet 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Registered Tech is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and ready.
• Participate in snow removal in winter months.
• Maintain IPM technician equipment.
• Complete work standards efficiently.
• Respond quickly to problems with attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

As a member of the Integrated Pest Management team, you’ll kickstart your workday early, embracing the dynamic nature of the job, being able to identify and treat diseases that affect plant material, trees, shrubs, turf, and grassy areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Fertilizers and Weed Control
• Plant and turf knowledge
• Attention to detail with a commitment to doing things right
• The dedication to work hard in an individual setting running your own truck and trailer
• Someone that enjoys walking all day outdoors doing the regular IPM Tech. duties
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Registered Tech is a plus
