Job summary

Environmental Enhancements is seeking an IPM technician for the Green Team to kickstart early each day, identifying and treating diseases affecting plant material, trees, shrubs, turf, and grassy areas.

You will work outdoors year-round, walk all day, and operate your own truck and trailer while upholding attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Outdoor environment experience and a passion for beauty.
• Experience with fertilizers and weed control.
• Plant and turf knowledge.
• Attention to detail and doing things right.
• Willingness to work independently with your own truck and trailer.
• Enjoy walking all day outdoors performing IPM duties.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Work well in various weather conditions.
• Registered Tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and ready.
• Participate in snow removal in winter months.
• Maintain all Spray Tech equipment.
• Complete work standards efficiently.
• Respond quickly to problems with attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

• Experience with Fertilizers and Weed Control
• Plant and turf knowledge
• Attention to detail with a commitment to doing things right
• The dedication to work hard in an individual setting running your own truck and trailer
• Someone that enjoys walking all day outdoors doing the regular IPM Tech. duties
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Registered Tech is a plus
