Integrity Landscaping Solutions is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Manager in the United States. You will lead a small crew to ensure safe, high-quality maintenance of client landscapes and oversee routine projects.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, consistent communication, and accountability within the landscaping industry. You will train new crew members, manage equipment operation and field tasks, and ensure safety on site.

Qualifications

• 3 years commercial landscaping maintenance experience.
• Team player with ability to lead a small crew.
• Knowledge of landscape plants and horticultural practices.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in leadership of crew members.
• Valid VA driver’s license with 3+ years of safe driving experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small crew to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Report on time and ready to work; participate in snow removal during winter.
• Operate and maintain equipment (blowers, mowers, clippers, edgers).
• Train new crew members on equipment operation, field tasks, safety, and processes.
• Ensure high quality results and quick problem resolution.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company standards.
