Job summary

Environmental Enhancements is seeking an IPM technician to join our Green Team in central Virginia. You’ll start your day early, work outdoors year-round, and focus on diseases affecting plant material, trees, shrubs, turf, and grassy areas.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to walk all day, and to operate your own truck and trailer. You’ll handle fertilizers and weed control, maintain equipment, and help keep environments safe and beautiful across our service area.

Qualifications

• Desire to create beauty in an outdoor environment.
• Experience with Fertilizers and Weed Control.
• Plant and turf knowledge.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to doing things right.
• Willingness to work independently with your own truck and trailer.
• Able to walk all day outdoors performing IPM duties.
• Stand for 8+ hours daily.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Registered Tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and ready.
• Participate in snow removal in the winter months.
• Work with and maintain all IPM technician equipment.
• Complete work standards efficiently.
• Pay attention to detail and respond quickly to problems.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

• Registered Tech is a plus
