Job summary

LSI - Landscape Services Inc. is seeking a Spray Technician to support turf, tree, and ornamental plant health by applying herbicides, fertilizers, and pesticides. You will operate spray equipment, assess site needs, and help keep properties looking their best.

As part of our team, you will maintain records, follow safety protocols, and work outdoors in various weather. This full-time, year-round role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for licensing and training.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in lawn or plant health care
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• State pesticide license (or willingness to obtain -- we provide training)
• Ability to work independently and follow route schedules
• Attention to detail, safety mindset, and strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using truck-mounted and backpack equipment
• Identify turf weeds, pests, and diseases and prescribe appropriate treatments
• Maintain accurate application records and daily service logs
• Operate and maintain spray truck and equipment
• Communicate respectfully with clients and represent the company professionally
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE usage, and DOT/state compliance rules
• Assist with snow removal or support other divisions in off-season

• Please add Must be currently CO3 certified or able to attain certification within 30 days of employment
