Job summary

Your Place In Vermont is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in Springfield, Vermont. The RN will follow established standards and use the Nursing Process to assess and document care, including delegation where appropriate.

The position requires a Vermont RN license (or compact state license), BLS, ACLS, and de-escalation training, with six months of nursing experience preferred for specialty areas. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Vermont RN license in good standing or compact state license.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification.
• De-escalation training required (first course offering after hire).
• Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge; Telemetry certification or equivalent.
• Six months nursing experience desirable for specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients per Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Utilize Nursing Process for judgments and documentation; delegate where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies.
