Qualifications

• Must read and understand assembly drawings and documentation.

• IPC-A-610 certification and IPC-J-STD-001 soldering certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect electrical panels, boards and assemblies per drawings.
• Solder through-hole and SMT components with proper documentation.
• Rotate among workstations and assist in kitting and packing as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and complete production forms on time.
• Identify issues and communicate shortages to Cell Team Leaders.
