Job summary

Ralliant in Hollister, CA is seeking an Electronic Assembler to support production of PCB assemblies and subassemblies. You will follow drawings, use visual aids, and perform soldering under a microscope, with strict IPC-J-STD standards.

The role offers on-site work with on-the-job training, health benefits, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of soldering experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong reading of schematics and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs various production assembly operations on components and subassemblies.
• Solder various electronic components sizes following IPC standards.
• Solder under a microscope and inspect soldering quality.
• Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and visual aids.
