Job summary

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in IP transactions and related practice areas, strong drafting and negotiation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IP transactions, technology licensing, or related practice areas.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex license agreements and related agreements (purchase, software and cloud services agreements, and trademarks involving technology, software, data, and brand assets).
• Familiarity with AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex legal concepts for clients in consumer and technology sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
