Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced IP Trademark Paralegal to join the Copyright and Branding team in Tempe, AZ. This role will handle high-level trademark prosecution and international portfolio management beyond simple docket maintenance.

You will work on filings, renewals, and due diligence across multiple jurisdictions, supporting a broad range of client industries with strong attention to deadlines and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios.
• Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket.
• Experience with International trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers.
• Experience with Trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects.
