Jobot, a leading staffing firm, seeks an IP Trademark Paralegal for an AmLaw Firm to act as a true trademark subject matter expert beyond mere docketing. The role blends high-level prosecution, international portfolio management, and exposure to a broad range of client industries.

Candidates should have 5+ years in IP, knowledge of USPTO/WIPO rules, and experience with international filings, renewals, ownership transfers, trademark searches, and IP due diligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios.
• Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket.
• Experience with International trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers.
• Experience with Trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
• Manage international trademark portfolios across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with clients across industries to support IP strategy and enforcement.

Job Overview

AmLaw Firm seeks to add an IP Trademark Paralegal to their growing Copyright and Branding team. They are needing someone who can serve as a true trademark subject matter expert—not simply maintain a docket. This role is a combination of high-level trademark prosecution, international portfolio management, and exposure to a broad range of client industries.

Salary

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year
