Jobot is seeking an IP Trademark Paralegal for a top AmLaw Firm's Copyright and Branding team in Skokie, IL. The role centers on high-level trademark prosecution, international portfolio management, and exposure to a broad range of client industries.

You will serve as a true trademark subject matter expert, managing docketing, renewals, filings, and international transfers, with experience in IP due diligence and copyright filings. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios.
• Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining secondary docket.
• Experience with international trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers.
• Experience with trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects.

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year
