AmLaw Firm is seeking an experienced IP Trademark Paralegal to join their growing Copyright and Branding team. You will serve as a true trademark subject matter expert, handling high-level prosecution, international portfolio management, and a broad range of client industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience supporting large Trademark Portfolios.
• Knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and international trademark rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in understanding IP docket and deadlines and maintaining Secondary Docket.
• Experience with International trademark filings, renewals, ownership transfers.
• Experience with Trademark searches, watch notices, copyright filings, and IP due diligence projects.
