Job summary

You will manage filings, IDSs, and related workflows, maintaining meticulous matter records and ensuring timely, accurate completion. Overtime eligible with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in patent or trademark prosecution.
• IP prosecution experience is a plus and builds the conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate U.S., PCT, and foreign filings.
• Prepare IDSs, declarations, assignments, and other formalities.
• Manage client and foreign-associate reporting workflows.
• Coordinate correspondence with attorneys, clients, and the USPTO.
• Support prosecution, maintenance, and post-filing workflows.
• Maintain complete matter files and prosecution records.
• Collaborate with the docketing team to track deadlines.
