Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of IP law experience, patent/trademark prosecution ideal.
• Proficient in Office365; IP docketing software knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file patent/trademark applications with USPTO and foreign offices.
• Maintain IP docketing calendars and deadlines; monitor actions.
• Draft and proofread IP-related documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on filings; conduct due diligence.
